Light Dark is the debut EP from ambient artist Reilous (aka Soulier). Written almost entirely on a modular synthesizer (exception Layers and Last Days), the EP is an atmospheric exploration touching on both light and dark moods. It is a glimpse in the turmoil and happiness that exist simultaneously in our lives. Happy and sad, light and dark, organized and chaotic. Textures interweave with minimal percussive elements, and at times are reminiscent of ancient ragas, and at times have a stringed instrument sound such as a sarod or sitar. Enjoy the journey.
